The B2B Meetings platform connects merchants with DIY product suppliers

Buyers

Who can register?
  • buyers;
  • category managers;
  • purchasing directors;
  • business owners;
  • marketing directors;
  • other purchasing decision makers.
As a buyer, once registered on the platform:
  • you will have access to a wide range of products from the DIY, Home Improvement & Gardening sectors, which can improve your product portfolio;
  • you will be able to select the products that your company needs;
  • you will be able to confirm and have free business meetings from the comfort of your own office or at the EXPO DIY event.
Buyer Registration

Suppliers

Who can register?
  • sales managers;
  • marketing directors;
  • business owners;
  • other authorized persons.
As a supplier, once registered on the platform:
  • you will be able to present yourself and highlight your product offer in front of potential customers – companies;
  • after registration on the platform, tick at least the “1 meeting” plan to continue registration. There is no charge at this point;
  • you will be able to complete your profile with relevant information about the company (domain, addressability, website, etc.);
  • you will be able to upload presentations, catalogs (in pdf) or video presentation (YouTube link, Vimeo);
  • you will be able to request, schedule and have business meetings with buyers through the platform.
Supplier Registration

Business meetings:

  • the face-to-face meetings are scheduled before the dedicated event EXPO DIY – Smart Green Home, in a specially arranged area;
  • online meetings are scheduled by a mutually agreed date and time, subject to availability;
  • for online meetings, the representatives of the B2B Meetings platform create the connection link (Google Meet platform) and ensure that the meeting takes place properly;
  • only suppliers can request meetings from buyers, ticking on the platform the companies they want to meet;
  • only those meetings accepted by buyers will be scheduled and held;
  • one or more people from each company can attend a meeting;

Costs

Buyers attend the meetings free of charge.

The cost of meetings is in the care of suppliers, according to the following meeting plan:

  • package without meetings included = FREE ACCESS (payment for the meeting is made one week before the scheduled date for the meeting. 1 meeting = 250 € + VAT)
  • package with 3 meetings = 650 € + VAT *
  • package with 5 meetings = 1,000 € + VAT *
